FAQ's for Club Awards

Date - Wednesday 25th November 2026

Venue - Athena, Queen Street, Leicester LE1 1QD

Dress Code – The official dress code is Black Ties/DJs and Evening Wear for ladies.  In reality,  it's a mix - but people do like to dress to impress with a mixture of black ties, suits and sparkly dresses! 

Tickets – There are no paper or email tickets needed for the evening. Guests will be checked in by club names (so if you have a last minute replacement it is not a problem).

Seating Plan - You will find a seating plan at the entrance to the Awards room, and further plans will be dotted around the Reception area.  Our team will also be milling around of course for any help.

Timing for the Evening:

6pm Drinks Reception: Complimentary glass of prosecco, beer courtesy of Greene King on arrival, live music and some fun photo opportunities.

7pm – 9pm Club Awards Gala Dinner

9pm - Club Awards presentations (9pm - late). This is followed by the After Show Party with live entertainment in true Club Awards style!

Plus: 'Midnight Breakfast'

1am - Carriages

Drinks
On the table there will be complimentary beer and wine courtesy of Greene King.  Other drinks - eg soft drinks, spirits etc - can be purchased from the bar at the back of the room – please note it is CARDS ONLY (no cash).  Post Dinner Coffee will also be available

Photography
We will be taking photographs throughout the evening. All photos will be put on an album on Facebook after the event.

Social Media
We will be promoting the awards and winners through social media during the evening. So please do post as well - and don’t forget to use the #clubawards
